Wanted!

A late 80's Yamaha Blaster and late 80's Yamaha Warrior. Simon and I are going to try project Blaster-Warrior transfusion. Basically, we're going to take a Blaster engine and stick it in a Warrior frame. We think it would be a pretty cool project, plus no one ever really has done that (everyone's too busy putting engines in Banshee and Quadzilla frames). If anyone has any information on some used Yammies, let us know.

The Blaster frame is too small, the suspension is terrible, and the brakes are useless. That's why we're going the other way around.

A warrior chassis with a 200cc 2-cycle blaster engine would rule. You get a more comfortable and better handling suspension, and the larger frame means more room for adults. Slap a pipe and reed valve kit on there and you've got yourself a hot little old-skool quad.

That's pretty sweet. If someone took a little more time to make it aesthetically pleasing, it would be a great mod.

Wth a little patients (not Cohorts strong point) and some glass felt, florist foam, and bothering to dress the wires and tubes it could be a really cool swap.

I have patience for fourwheelers. That's good enough.

I doubt anything we modify will look very pretty either :)

I think the Blaster/Warrior transfusion will be sweet though.
